Quattro Shared Data Access

In 2006 MetroList announced a powerful new agreement to benefit MetroList’s Brokers and Agents. Through a shared data access agreement, known as Quattro, Brokers and Agents now have full, real-time reciprocal access to three of Northern California’s MLSs.

MetroList Services Inc., the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services (BAREIS) & the San Francisco Association of REALTORS (SFAR) all have agreed to share their information. The agreement will benefit Brokers and Agents with broader exposure of your listings for your Sellers and a much further reach for your Buyers. The new service is now available through the Quattro Single Sign-On in Prospector. Quattro welcomes and invites other MLSs to join in this landmark data-share agreement.

How to List Property Information
MetroList Participants and Subscribers can now enter listing information, based on the property location, into the appropriate MLS system. For example, a listing located in Solano County can be entered into the BAREIS MLS System.

MetroList Counties
Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, San Joaquin, Stanislaus and West Merced

BAREIS Counties
Mendocino, Lake, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Marin

SFAR Counties
San Francisco and North San Mateo
