Quattro Alliance Is The Easiest Way to Access MLS Data From Multiple MLSs While Paying Only One Fee.

In 2006 MetroList announced a powerful new data sharing agreement to provide Brokers and Agents full, real-time reciprocal access to three of Northern California’s MLSs -- MetroList Services, Inc., Bay Area Real Estate Information Services (BAREIS) and San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (SFAR). The success of the Quattro Alliance has enabled more than 32,000 brokers and agents to save money while having access to list and sell properties in many MLSs.

More MLSs To Participate In Quattro Alliance In 2009

In January 2009, MLSListings, Inc. joined the Quattro Alliance bringing the total to 54,000 Brokers and Agents enjoying the benefits of the Quattro Alliance. Bay East Association of REALTORS® (BEAR) MLS, Contra Costa Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) MLS and East Bay Regional Data, Inc. (EBRDI) will join Quattro Alliance later in the year.

With these new MLSs participating in the Quattro Alliance reciprocal access agreement, more than 70,000 real estate agents in 21 northern California counties will have full access to listing data in seven MLSs making this cooperative agreement one of the largest in the United States.

The landmark data sharing agreement greatly benefits Brokers and Agents by providing broader exposure of sellers' listings and a much further reach for buyers throughout Northern California.
