What is MetroList®?
MetroList is the MLS for Northern California’s Central Valley which provides the official database for property listings within its geographic area of Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, El Dorado, San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Merced Counties.
Do I have to be licensed in the State of California to join MetroList?
Yes, you must be a licensed real estate broker, agent or licensed and/or certified appraiser in the State of California in order to join MetroList.
Do I need to be a member of a Board of REALTORS® to be a MetroList subscriber?
No. Any person who possesses a valid California Real Estate License or an appraiser who is licensed or certified and is in compliance with the MetroList Rules can become a subscriber. However, we encourage all agents to seek out the additional benefits of their local association of realtors.
What are the benefits of becoming a MetroList subscriber?
